Returns & refund
- Refunds are only based on manufacturing defects. Unwarranted or unsubstantiated reasons are not subjected to refund.
- You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only manufacturer defected items will be accepted for a return.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. It is usually processed within 2-3 weeks.
- You have 48 hours to cancel the order. Full refund will be initiated for cancellations within 24 hours and cancellation after 24 hours will attract a charge of 2.5%. Contact us to cancel your order. Once the order is “approved by vendor” it cannot be cancelled. However you can still contact us for cancellation and we will try to help you out in exceptional cases.
- To secure your purchase we provide 12 months warranty on all the products. The warranty period starts from the date you receive the product.

- Under warranty period if a product has a manufacturing defect it will be repaired/replaced within 2-3 weeks after the product reaches our facility.
- The product will be exchanged in case it cannot be repaired or replacement is not available.
